Refund policy

We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for defective items only. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Exchanges will be arranged once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Returns are not offered. Our Quill reserves the right to provide an exchange at its discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective. Our Quill reserves the final right of decision in case of disputes. Please contact yours@saystill.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For orders shipped to the European Union, the 14‑day cooling‑off period will apply.
